These Terms and conditions govern the use of the website and purchases made through the Settecinquanta online store.

1. Products
Settecinquanta sells jewellery and related products available in its online catalogue.
Product images and photographs are for illustrative purposes. Due to screen settings, photographic lighting and the artisanal nature of certain products, there may be slight differences in colour, finish or detail from the images displayed on the website.
Small variations inherent in artisanal craftsmanship do not necessarily constitute a product defect.
2. Prices
Product prices are those shown on the website at the time the order is placed.
Any shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before the purchase is confirmed.
International orders may also be subject to duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country, as indicated during the purchase process or under applicable law.
Settecinquanta reserves the right to change prices at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
3. Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase by the customer.
After placing the order, the customer will receive a confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases permitted by law, including where there is:
- invalid payment information;
- unexpected product unavailability;
- an obvious error in the price or product information;
- suspected fraud or unlawful use of the website.
If an order that has already been paid is cancelled, any sums collected will be refunded in accordance with the applicable procedures.
4. Payments
The available payment methods are shown during checkout.
Payment is processed through the payment services available on the website. Settecinquanta does not directly retain the customer's full payment-card details when they are processed by external payment providers.
5. Shipping
Orders are shipped to the destinations enabled on the website.
Shipping methods and costs are shown to the customer during checkout based on the delivery address and order value.
Delivery times shown on the website are estimates and may vary for reasons beyond the seller's control, including courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions, customs checks or other external events.
Once the order has been handed over to the courier, the customer may receive a tracking code where available.

6. Right of withdrawal
For distance purchases made by consumers to whom European Union law applies, the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery of the product, without having to provide a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by law.
For a single order comprising several goods delivered separately, the period runs from delivery of the last item.

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer unless the return is due to an incorrect, defective or non-conforming product, or unless otherwise required by law.

7. Personalised products
Under applicable law, the right of withdrawal may be excluded for products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised.
This category includes, for example, jewellery personalised or engraved specifically at the customer's request.
The exclusion of the right of withdrawal does not affect the customer's rights where a product is defective or non-conforming.
8. Condition of returned products
The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
The returned product must be adequately packaged and, where possible, complete with the packaging and accessories received.
9. Refunds
Where the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, the payments due will be refunded within the time limits required by applicable law.
For EU consumers, the refund also includes the cost of the standard delivery method, while any additional cost resulting from the choice of a delivery method more expensive than the standard option may not be refunded.
Where permitted by law, the refund may be withheld until the goods have been received or until the customer provides evidence that they have been sent back.
10. Defective or non-conforming products
If the product received is defective, damaged or different from the product ordered, the customer is invited to contact us promptly at:

All rights granted to consumers under applicable law concerning the legal guarantee of conformity remain unaffected.
11. Product availability
All orders are subject to product availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed and any amount already paid for the unavailable product will be refunded.
12. Intellectual property
The content on the website, including text, photographs, images, graphics, logos, visual elements and other materials, is protected under applicable intellectual-property laws.
The reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use of content without the prior authorisation of the relevant rights holder is prohibited.
13. Use of the website
The customer agrees to use the website solely for lawful purposes.
The website must not be used for fraudulent, abusive or illegal activities, or in any way that could compromise the operation or security of the service.
14. Limitation of liability
Settecinquanta is not responsible for temporary website interruptions, technical problems or events beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability or right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer-protection law.

Customers' personal data is processed as described in the Privacy policy available on the website.
16. Changes to the Terms
Settecinquanta may update these Terms and conditions from time to time.
The conditions applicable to each purchase are those in force when the order is placed, subject to any changes required by mandatory legal provisions.
17. Applicable law and consumer protection
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the consumer's right to benefit from any mandatory protective provisions under the law of their country of residence where applicable.
All mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable Italian and European law remain unaffected.
