Shipping policy

Settecinquanta ships to Italy and to the countries enabled at checkout. The rate and the options actually available are always shown before the order is confirmed.

Preparation and delivery times

Orders are prepared and handed over to the courier as quickly as possible. The times shown at checkout generally run from handover to the courier and are an estimate. Public holidays, weather conditions, customs checks, unavailability of the recipient or other external circumstances may cause delays. The consumer’s mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Rates for Italy

The current standard rate is €6.80. For islands, remote areas or locations subject to surcharges, a different rate may apply, clearly shown at checkout.

Rates for the European Union

€28.00: Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Spain;
€30.00: Austria, France and Ireland;
€32.00: Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden and Hungary.

Online shipping is not available for destinations not enabled at checkout.

United States and Canada

The current standard rate is €33.00, unless a different rate is shown at checkout.

Duties, taxes and customs charges

For all shipments to destinations outside the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes, local VAT, customs clearance fees and charges applied by the courier or by the authorities of the destination country are borne entirely by the recipient.

These amounts are not included in the price of the products or in the shipping costs shown at checkout. Settecinquanta does not determine, advance or collect these charges. The recipient is responsible for the payment required for customs clearance and delivery.

Refusal or failure to collect the shipment does not transfer these costs to Settecinquanta. Any documented storage, customs clearance, return or reshipment costs may be charged or deducted from the refund within the limits permitted by law. International delivery times may vary due to customs checks.

Free shipping

Any free shipping thresholds are indicated in the cart or at checkout and may vary by country.

Tracking

Where available, you will receive the tracking code once the parcel has been handed over to the courier. Tracking times and updates are managed by the courier.

Delivery address, failed collection and reshipment

Please check your address carefully before completing your order. To correct it, write immediately to settecinquantaonline@gmail.com. Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, changes may not be possible.

Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery, failure to collect, storage, return to sender or reshipment are borne by the customer where the problem is attributable to the details provided or to the recipient’s unavailability, within the limits permitted by law.

Damaged parcels or non-conforming items

If the parcel shows visible damage, report it to the courier and, where possible, accept it with reservation. If the product is damaged, incorrect or non-conforming, write promptly to settecinquantaonline@gmail.com, stating the order number and attaching photographs, if available.

Returns

For returns and refunds, please see the Returns and refunds policy. In the event of a change of mind, the direct cost of returning the item is borne by the customer.
